Go With the Flow: Cognitive Flexibility Group
This 6 week group for students ages 8 to 11 is based on the Unstuck and On Target Curriculum. Through fun and engaging activities, we will cover topics like understanding what it means to be flexible vs. stuck, understanding the benefits of being flexible, and developing skills to make flexible plans and choices. Join us Tuesdays 5:00-5:45 starting May 6th, 2025. This group is $480 for 6 weeks and may be covered by benefits or OAP funding.

Unfiltered: Mental Health Workshop Series for Teens
Being a teen is tough—stress, friendships, and self-doubt can feel overwhelming. Join us for this workshop series designed for teens to explore and discuss various aspects of mental health and give you real-life strategies to handle it all. Unfiltered includes 3 specific workshops and is open to high school students. Each workshops is $60 and may be covered by benefits or OAP funding. Join one, two, or all three!

Free Psychoeducational Assessment Webinar for Professionals
Are you a social worker, psychotherapist, physician, nurse practitioner, educator, speech language pathologist, occupational therapist, naturopath, or other professional who supports families? Do you wonder when to refer for a psychoeducational assessment or how it can help? Join us to learn about the assessment process, common signs that an assessment would be helpful, and how to talk to clients and families about an assessment. This webinar is free but registration is required. Friday April 11th, 12:00-1:00 online.

Befriend Your Feelings: Emotion Regulation Group
This 6 week group for students ages 8 to 11 is based on the Unstuck and On Target Curriculum. Through fun and engaging activities, we will cover topics like identifying emotions, understanding how emotions and behaviours are connected, and learning coping strategies to manage emotions.

SPACE: Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions Group
This is an evidence-based parent treatment program designed to help children and teens overcome anxiety and related challenges. Through this program, parents learn to respond supportively to their child's anxiety and reduce accommodations that may unintentionally reinforce anxious behaviors.

Connected Minds Groups for Neurodivergent Girls
These groups are designed to help neurodivergent girls build social connections, grow confidence, and explore their unique strengths in a supportive space. We plan to host a Junior Group (Grades 4 to 6) and a Senior Group (Grades 7 to 10). Whether or not you have a formal diagnosis of ADHD, autism, or are simply exploring your neurodivergence, you’re welcome here!

Not What I Expected Parenting Group
This is a support group for parents of neurodivergent or differently abled children, providing a space to share experiences, challenges, and successes in a judgment-free environment. Parenting doesn’t always go as planned, and this group offers understanding, connection, and practical strategies for navigating the unexpected. You’re not alone—this journey may be different, but it can also be deeply meaningful and rewarding.

Have you received a psychoeducational assessment for your child and wondered, “what’s next?” Join us for an interactive session designed to help you understand the role of psychoeducational assessments, build an action plan, and advocate for your child at school.
